Once you have briefed us on your vacancy, we search through candidates currently on our books, selecting those with the right skills, experience and personality.
We also advertise vacancies to generate further interest.
We NEVER headhunt from clients.
We interview new candidates in person wherever possible and also like to visit clients to get a thorough understanding of your business and requirements.
Potential candidates will be fully briefed on the role and, if they are keen, you will receive their CV, with a short summary of their suitability.
We then organise interviews and assessments, provide feedback and keep the process smooth and make sure all parties are informed and up to date.
